To ensure the freshest flavor, Yang Yang Hairy Crab are air-flown twice a week directly from Yangcheng Lake, China. Each crab is carefully monitored from harvest to delivery, guaranteeing vibrant, live freshness in every bite.
HOW TO COOK
1Preparation
Rinse the crabs thoroughly under cold water to remove any impurities. Use a brush to clean the shell and legs.
2Steaming
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the crabs on a steaming rack, belly side up, to preserve the precious roe. Steam for 15-20 minutes until the crabs turn a bright orange-red color. Always monitor the cooking process closely.
3Serving
Let the crabs cool slightly before handling. Remove the strings before placing the crabs on a plate. Serve with a dipping sauce by mixing chopped scallions, ginger, and balsamic vinegar.

Culture standard
Farmed in Yangcheng Lake using natural farming method without any hormone.
Crabs are cultured in Yangcheng Lake for 10 months, feeding on shrimps, snails and small fishes, with a moulting cycle of 8-13 times.
The natural aquaculture waters of Yangcheng Lake cover an area of 66.67 hectare, with a flat lakebed, rich in clay, and with a depth of silt of less than 20 centimeters. The water depth is 1.5 to 2.2 meters, and the water level is stable. The lake water is rich in resources, with pH value between 7.5 and 8.5, and no pollution within a 10-kilometer radius.

How are the crabs packaged and delivered?
All crabs are packaged in styrofoam boxes with dry ice to keep cool for the living crabs. All deliveries are on demand delivered by Lalamove motorcycles or car.
